We accept two payment methods via our website, Paypal and Stripe for card payments- which is a secure site. We cannot accept any other form of payment.


We pride ourselves on the quality of the brands we choose however, if you believe any items you have received to be faulty, please email the address below stating your full name and nature of the fault. Providing images will help our team solve the issue for you faster, however please be aware some items may require return for assessment.


All of our products leave us via a signed for service. If you are unable to take delivery for your items RoyalMail or your courier will leave you with further instructions as to how to retrieve your order.

Any orders requested to be left is at the discretion of your courier and Royal Mail. Please be aware any items missing under this request will need to be followed up with your delivery provider however, we are happy to assist.

If a signature is obtained at the delivery address however the items have not arrived, please be aware this is to be investigated via your delivery provider, however, we are more than happy to assist.
